In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal health is key. Our children, family members, clients, and employees rely on us to provide them with a safe environment that is free from harmful viruses, germs, and bacteria. Our superior sanitizing and disinfection process provides just that..
Utilizing cutting edge ATP hygiene monitoring equipment, we accurately identify negative viral and bacterial levels within your space or test area. This system delivers an immediate PASS/FAIL result, leaving you with peace of mind upon our departure.
Our industrial powered Dry-vapor steam generating equipment is then deployed to clean all surfaces at high temperatures, eradicating virus and bacteria. This step is intense and immediate with a 99.9% kill rate upon contact.
As a second redundant measure, at an additional kill rate of 99.9%, EPA approved sanitizers are then misted onto all surfaces at high pressure, invading the tiniest of spaces, cracks and hard to reach areas. These Sanitizing agents continue to protect post treatment.
As with any other service, a smart buyer MUST qualify their vendors, and understand the service they're paying for. The following is a list of items you MUST receive from ANY potential vendor. Don't be fooled by individuals simply looking for a quick profit. They are all too common at times like these.
SANITIZING is serious business...And if not performed PROPERLY, with the PROPER EQUIPMENT, is a futile exercise that can yield USELESS results.
You must ONLY hire vendors licensed to do business in your state
ACCIDENTS to individuals or DAMAGE to your property can easily result in countless THOUSANDS of dollars. Before hiring anyone to perform this or any service, they should issue you, the buyer, PROOF OF INSURANCE
Inferior processes will yield inferior, even USELESS results. Your vendor should have a comprehensive detailed written scope of their approach to your service.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. SIMPLE SPRAYING of solution WILL NOT get the job done. Solutions are NOT effective when being applied to soiled areas. In addition, if it is not delivered to the treatment surface properly, coverage area will be compromised, leaving "BARE SPOTS" of areas that can still contain infection.
2. BEWARE of ELECTROSTATIC spray options. Often delivered by small battery powered or low voltage plug-in devices as a DIY option, the term itself is deceiving. To achieve TRUE 'electrostatic' results, the treatment surface must receive a NEGATIVE charge, while the applying device delivers a positive charge, While NO simple plastic low voltage hand held equipment can or will provide a negative charge to any surface, it is working under the ASSUMPTION that surfaces are already negatively charged, which IS NOT often the case. This "ASSUMPTION" renders the device a simple battery operated spray gun,
3. The use of POOR EQUIPMENT will NOT get the job done. Effective equipment costs several THOUSANDS of dollars, and is difficult to obtain when in high demand. Be sure that your vendor isn't using makeshift or inferior equipment.
Many vendors make many claims as to the effectiveness of their process. Simply put, WITHOUT TESTING post treatment, there is no way of knowing if the service was, in fact, effective. A insufficiently cleaned surface can re-colonize virus at a rapid rate, and recontaminate your space. This is expensive equipment that requires training to utilize. Many vendors are reluctant to make the time and monetary investment.
EPA has issued a list of approved sanitizing solutions to treat COVID-19. They are adding to this list regularly. MAKE SURE that the product has a REGISTERED product number with the EPA and is designed to treat HUMAN CORONAVIRUS, and SARS H1N1. REMEMBER, simple spray solutions are NOT EFFECTIVE unless treated surfaces are prepared properly. Simple SPRAY & WIPE approaches can not get into hard to reach areas, and will leave behind untreated residue, putting you at risk of recontamination.
Visit EPA website for list of approved products. https://www.epa.gov/pesticide-registration/list-n-disenfectants-use-against-sars-cov-2
A reputable vendor will offer you their "CERTIFICATION" upon completion of their service. This Certification should be conspicuously posted at entry to your space, letting your loved ones, customers, and clients know that you took the time and effort required to keep them safe, and that their visits to your space and/or business means A LOT to you!
Bus fleets, airlines, municipal fleets, and transportation for-hire vehicles all require sanitizing solutions who's results exceed that of simple spray-and-wipe processes.
Children and students education environments host a wide array of highly trafficked or handled surfaces, and highly susceptible to contamination. Classrooms, playgrounds, common areas require thorough and regular treatments.
Medical offices of all types require a high degree of sanitary conditions, yet all too often wind up being the place you're more likely to be exposed to unsafe bacteria.
Food service facilities and restaurant commercial kitchens, dining rooms, restrooms, and common areas are all subject to very high contamination rates and should be treated regularly.
Theaters, conference halls, stadium, arenas are among the most highly trafficked venues, capable of spreading virus and bacteria at alarming rates.
Spas, beauty salons, and treatment centers of all sorts rely on constant human contact to perform service. It is very important to treat all surfaces within these facilities regularly to ensure the safety of your guests
Private residences, both indoors and out, and personal vehicles are the places that you spend most of your time with the people you most love. What more important environment exists that should have your safety concerns in mind?
Corporate offices, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, and retail stores of all types have high opportunities of germ spread. As merchandise moves from one hand to the next, thes highly trafficked areas are a likely source of contamination.
Gyms, Locker rooms, bowling alleys, sports equipment, and athletic centers all host a wide array of infectious contaminants and disease. Regular treatment of these facilities will help the spread of infectious disease.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
